- Accommodations: Rooms sleep up to 4 (let us know if you're traveling with friends!)
- ADA accessible rooms available
- Memory foam beds
- All linens and towels provided
- Meals: 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners provided
- Lunch:Â (a boxed lunch on Saturday can be provided upon request)
- Snacks:Â granola bars, trail mix, popcorn, etc.Â
- Beverages: coffee, tea, lemonade and bottled water
- Amenities:
- Space to relax and connect with fellow quilters
- Irons and cutting areas
- Places to relax outdoors by the river (fishing is possible!)Â

Join us for a weekend filled with rest, fellowship, and quilting fun!
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to unwind, create, and forge lasting friendships.
🧳 What to Bring:
- Personal hygiene items
- Comfortable shoes and/or an anti-fatigue mat (for our concrete sewing area)
- Your sewing machine and supplies: cutting mat, ruler, rotary cutter, extra blades, seam ripper, scissors, needles, thread, and your projects (or a few UFOs!)
- Optional: Sewing lamp for extra lighting (we're working on providing more lights!)
- Optional: Cushion for your chair for added comfort
- Layered clothing and a jacket/coat (it’s Wyoming in November, after all!)
- Your ugliest scrap of fabric you’re willing to part with! (minimum 1/8 yard)Â

What to Expect at the Retreat:
Venue:
Join us at the fabulous Trout on Inn, located approximately 20 miles west of Casper at
18193 State Highway 220
Casper, WY 82604 (link to google maps)
Look for our sign on the south side of Hwy 220 at the same entrance as the Lone Tree rental sign.
Check-In Process:
- When: Friday, November 7th, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
- Where: Main Lodge for check-in.
- After checking in, you’ll take a short drive to the "barn" to check in your machine and sewing supplies. You can then return to your room to unload your personal items.
- A shuttle will be available for transportation back and forth, but you are welcome to use your own vehicle if preferred.
Schedule:
You will receive your schedule at check-in, which includes meal times, open sew sessions, and the show & tell event.
Room Sharing:
If you're attending with friends and wish to share a room, please let us know with your registration. Each room accommodates up to four women. The lodge rooms feature three xl twin beds and a pullout bed. The cabin rooms feature a bunk bed, a queen bed, and a pullout bed. We will do our best to meet all accommodation requests, so please communicate your needs when registering.
Facilities:
- Each room and the Lodge have bathrooms.
- The "barn" has two outside porta-pottiesÂ
- The Lodge provides towels and linens.
Pet Policy:
Please consult us before bringing any pets, as we need to confirm their allowance with the venue.
Smoking Policy:Â Use designated smoking areas only.
Outdoor Spaces:
There are areas outside for you to sit, relax, read, or work on hand sewing projects if you seek some alone time. Feel free to bring your own camp chair for added comfort.
Fishing Opportunities:
Fishing is available! You can bring your own supplies or rent a fly rod for $20 per day. The rod will be rigged, but please bring backup supplies in case any line is lost.

Check-out is on Sunday, November 9th, at 11:00 AM.
